This MedicalGPS patient experience survey measures patient satisfaction from the time the appointment was made to the time the patient spent with the provider.
Visit Preparation: Measures how courteous, respectful and friendly the clinical staff was during the patient's visit.
Provider Explanation: Measures whether providers at this practice gave clear, easy-to-understand explanations during the patient's visit.
Office Wait Time: Measures how satisfied the patient was with wait time during their visit.
Patient Recommendation: Measures how likely the patient is to recommend this practice to family and friends.
Assistant Professor of Neurological Surgery, Dr Peter Amenta, is a fellowship-trained, board-eligible neurosurgeon who specializes in cerebrovascular, skull base, spine and general neurosurgery and serves as Co-Director of Cerebrovascular, Endovascular & Skull Base Surgery at Tulane.
He completed his neurosurgery residency at Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia. Following his residency, he completed a fellowship in cerebrovascular and skull base surgery at the University of Miami and a second fellowship in endovascular neurosurgery at Tulane.
He has research interests in cerebrovascular surgery, stroke, and skull base disorders and is widely published in these fields.
