MedicalGPS patient experience survey measures patient satisfaction from the time the appointment was
made to the time the patient spent with the provider.
Visit Preparation: Measures how courteous, respectful and friendly the clinical
staff was during the patient's visit.
Provider Listened: Measures how carefully the provider listens to the needs of each and every patient.
Office Wait Time: Measures how satisfied the patient was with wait time during
Patient Recommendation: Measures how likely the patient is to recommend this
practice to family and friends.
Dr. Maulucci is a fellowship-trained board-certified neurosurgeon who specializes in spine disorders and has interests in general neurosurgery. He completed his residency training program at the University of Maryland as well as a fellowship in complex spine surgery at Thomas Jefferson University. He is the Director of the Neurosurgery Spine Program at Tulane. He is capable of providing comprehensive care for any spine patient and has special expertise in minimally invasive techniques, including robotic spine surgery. His specialties also include treating scoliosis, spinal deformity, and tumors of the vertebral column, as well as complex revision surgery. He research interests include complex spine disorders and outcomes research, and Dr. Maulucci has published numerous articles in these areas.
